Deniz Istanbul

Deniz Istanbul is a seafront residential town in Yakuplu, Beylikduzu, on the European side of Istanbul. Built by Kelesoglu Holding on more than 1.5 million square meters of land along the Marmara Sea, the project stretches across 1.5 kilometers of private coastline. With over 5,000 apartments and more than 330 villas in four completed phases, it is one of the largest coastal developments in Istanbul and functions more like a self-contained neighbourhood than a standard housing complex.

The four phases are Marina Residence, Sedef Konakları, Mercan Konakları, and Marina Evleri. Marina Residence is the newest and closest to the sea, offering apartments from 2 to 5 bedrooms with areas from 187 to 338 square meters. These apartments have floor-to-ceiling windows, Electrolux kitchens, marble and hardwood finishes, walk-in closets, and balconies facing the sea. Prices start at $352,000 for a 2 bedroom apartment and go up to $2,250,000 for a 4+2 villa. Apartments above $400,000 qualify for Turkish citizenship by investment.
